TESARO’s on-boarding process for both full-time employees and contractors had many steps and data flow issues. There were numerous departments that each had action items to complete, but they did not have a good way of coordinating this work or an ability to integrate the different systems behind the scenes to move the process along. TESARO also had strict security requirements due to the sensitive nature of their data and could not open up their internal systems to the internet.
