ServiceTitan has been in a hyper-growth mode since they first launched their platform for the field service market. OSI Digital began working with ServiceTitan following introductions at the Tableau Conference two years ago. At that time, ServiceTitan was interested in a service partner for strategic guidance to support their growth plans as well as improving the tactical performance of Tableau server, infrastructure upgrades and retrofit efforts of their existing reporting environment. Because Service Titan was growing so fast the existing single server setup was no longer adequately supporting their ever-expanding user base.
