Presbyterian Health engaged with Boomi professional services to automate the CASE assignment and tracking process for their care coordinators. The Presbyterian Health business team was using traditional software tools to manually create, update, track and assign cases to their coordinators and other business users. This was creating significant inefficiencies for the customer. Data in the excel file was updated manually once a month using various data sources including JIVA application. The customer required a more streamlined solution to help automate updates to internal applications from a new and improved Care Coordinator Portal.
