World Oil formulated a strategic plan and roadmap in partnership with
OSI Digital to build an online portal to manage service requests and
streamline the audit process for a large Do It Yourself (DIY) retailer.
This portal was intended for use across all DIY store locations that
utilized World Oil’s waste recycling and disposal services. The goal was
to automate the workflow for the DIY service requests and to
seamlessly integrate with World Oil’s enterprise solutions.
